Brown is looking for a full-time Communications Director to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate loves data, keeping up with trends, and forging strong business relationships. They embrace a fast-paced work environment with curiosity and a positive attitude. You might not be a TikTok star, but analyzing the latest algorithm and tracking down influencers sounds like the next best thing.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with clients directly to make sure their needs are met and their relationship with Brown is positive

  • Have a strong working knowledge and experience in digital and traditional marketing

  • Monitor campaign schedules and budgets to keep projects on track

  • Seek out business opportunities with new and existing clients and plays a supportive role in their development

  • Support creative and media staff in presenting creative concepts and media plans to client
