Brown is looking for a casual/freelance digital media specialist to add to our growing team. Work load
is dependent on volume of campaigns that require support. The ideal candidate loves programmatic
advertising, research, and has a knack for creating campaign reports that excite. They embrace a fast-
paced work environment with a strong sense of curiosity and “can-do” attitude. You might not
be a TikTok star, but analyzing the latest algorithm strategies sounds like the next best thing.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 2-3 years’ experience in the digital industry

  • Expert level understanding of platforms like Google Analytics, DV360, StackAdapt, Meta, among many others

  • Execute campaigns in various DSPs according to media plan

  • Daily monitoring of self-serve digital channels to maximize effectiveness, ensure full delivery, and all KPIs are met

  • Proactively manage and troubleshoot issues that affect implementation, tracking, or reporting

  • Ensure campaign reporting and management dashboards are maintained

  • Run analytic reports as required and integrate information into optimization plans and performance reports

  • Seek ways to energize or improve our approach to digital strategies

  • Must be located and able to work in Canada – this position can be remote if the successful candidate is not located in Regina
