The successful candidate will: :

  • Act as the first point of day-to-day contact for the client, ensuring a healthy relationship between Brown and its clients.

  • Prepare, monitor and manage client budget estimates and updates.

  • Prepare weekly and/or monthly work in progress (WIP) reports for clients.

  • Prepare detailed contact reports on client meetings, telephone discussions and other methods of client communications.

  • Ensure that strategies, scope and budgets are clearly defined and understood internally, as well as with clients.

  • Ensure all work is delivered on time and on budget.

  • Have a degree or diploma in marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Have communications industry experience planning and managing successful marketing programs.
